Default would this work *well* with any concievable team? or is it just terrible?

Patient Spirit
Word of Healing
Reversal of Fortune
Mend Ailment
Remove Hex
Vigorous Spirit
Purge Conditions
Guardian

Divine Favor 11
Healing Prayers 10+2
Protection Prayers 10+1

I only have prophecies

When the battle is about 2 seconds away from starting, I begin casting vigorous spirit on everyone. then, I run out, choose someone to shoot at to gain some health inbetween heals from the vigorous spirit, and cast reversal of fortune on anyone who is a little lower on health. I use mend ailment on bleeds, poison, deep wound, or serious conditions ppl call out for, and remove hex only when its called out for. Purge conditions, I use on anyone who is inflicted with multiple conditions and is in danger of dieing from them. Recast Vigorous spirit periodically, word of healing is main heal, while patient spirit is used when WoH is on cooldown or I get interrupted a lot.

if it doesnt work well with any reasonably concievable team...can someone point me in the right direction to look at monk builds? or tell me how to modify this one that can make it work better in a Heroes Ascent situation?

You need some sort of energy management. In HA a very popular thing to do is to go Mo/Me and use [[Channeling].

It's also not very easy to give advice on monk builds when you don't know what the other monk is running. Since you are WoH I'd guess the other one is an RC in a two monk backline.

In that case you don't need both [[Purge Conditions] and [[Mend Ailment] because RC will get rid of most condition-stacks as long as they aren't on the RC itself. To get conditions off the RC you'd be better off using [[Draw Conditions] instead of [[Purge Conditions].

Also note, that HA has a very spikey meta and therefore one monk usually needs to bring [[Infuse Health].

Anyhow, I hate giving advice on a single bar when you don't know what the teambuild or atleast the other monks' build is capable of doing but I hope that bid of information helped.

ps.
